If you wish to return an item, please follow our Returns Procedure, which is as follows.
- CHALFIN is totally committed to our product quality and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our high quality standards. If however, you receive a garment that does have a fault, of course, we will replace that item free of any charge and reimburse the cost of the return postage.
- By law, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot exchange any items that have been worn, washed or damaged in any way. All return items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and in the original gift box.
- If sizing is incorrect or you aren’t happy with the product we’re happy to exchange/refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are returned unworn and in perfect condition. Return shipping to us is your responsibility, but we will ship your replacement item free of charge.
- Before returning any products please notify us by vis the facility in your ACCOUNT PAGE. Print a copy of your order and include this within the return package. As soon as we receive your items we can arrange your exchange. Please allow up to 21 days for your exchange to be complete.
- We cannot offer a refund on returned items, which are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using special delivery and that you keep your proof of posting certificate.
- Please Note: We aim refund as quickly as possible but it could take up to 10 working days.
